Earthquake Engineering Research Institute

For the competition, we design and test our structure using software, calculate revenue, building and seismic cost, build the structure out of balsa wood, prepare a poster, and present on our structure at the competition. We are judged based on presentation, poster, architecture, revenue, building, and seismic cost.

The 2017 Undergraduate Seismic Design Competition was held in conjunction with the 2017 EERI Annual Meeting in Portland, Oregon.
